SERVICE CALL FORM

F.I.R.S.T. SERVICES now offers our foodservice customers, a more convenient way of placing service calls. Simply click on the button below and fill in the information on the ‘service call’ form. As always, someone from our service staff will be calling you back to verify your request for service and to schedule it as well. Service and repair work requested online using our new ‘service call’ form will generally be scheduled for the following day. If you have an emergency and need service immediately, please call our regular office number anytime, day or night. Use this service form for non emergency or scheduled service and repair work only.

Please note, this ‘service call’ form is for existing F.I.R.S.T. SERVICES customers only. If you are interested in becoming a customer, please call our office anytime Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.
